* If Appraisal is for NEW CONSTRUCTION, all Blueprints, Specs., etc. must be forwarded to the Appraiser. Additional charges may prevail for construction draws and Final Certificate of Completion. If change orders are made after the effective date of the appraisal, and update of original appraisal must be complete to reflect market value change, additional fees will be applied.
